We’ve expanded our SPC4® Load Indicating Fastener technology with Remote Tension Monitoring, a system that uses our wireless 720R Meters, a tension reader that continuously measures and monitors bolt tension remotely. This tension monitoring system includes a web-based user interface where engineers can monitor bolt load in real time.
Our 720R product is the ONLY sensor that allows users to adjust the sampling rate at any time with ease. New units can also be installed for complete scalability, even after the bolt monitoring system is installed. Parameters for each individual sensor can be changed remotely from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
